The Management reserves all rights of admission to the college. Any person having a bad track record of conduct may be denied admission. All the Rules and Regulations set by Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur will be followed by the College.

Every student of Sai Mahavidyalaya, Bhilai, will have to maintain a minimum of 80% Attendance in Theory and Practical Classes. Any kind of leave is admissible only with prior written permission of the Principal. Students whose attendance is less than 80% will not be allowed to appear for University Exams as a regular student.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and any student involved in ragging will be immediately expelled from the college and will be delt as per law. Every student of Sai Mahavidyalaya, Bhilai are expected to maintain strict discipline and order in and around the campus. All the students are governed by the rules, ordinances and regulations framed by the University and amendments effected from time to time. Students are strictly advised not to participate in any anti-social activity. Students should report to their respective classes in time. In case of indiscipline by any student, the decision of Principal / Director will be final and binding to all.
